Registration for Gruhapravesh events is free of charge. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to verify the information you provide and to refuse registration at our discretion. Registration does not guarantee entry if venue capacity has been reached.
Gruhapravesh events are property expos that connect buyers with developers. MySFT India acts as an event organizer and does not act as a real estate agent, broker, or advisor. All property transactions are between the buyer and the developer directly. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information presented by developers at our events, and we encourage all buyers to conduct their own due diligence.
We require all participating developers to present RERA-registered projects. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify RERA registration independently before making any purchase decision. MySFT India is not liable for any misrepresentation by participating developers.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the Gruhapravesh brand name, and design elements, is the property of Mysquarefeet India Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
MySFT India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, which in the case of free events is zero.
We reserve the right to modify event dates, venues, participating developers, or other event details at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any significant changes. We reserve the right to cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
By attending Gruhapravesh events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and recordings may be used in our marketing materials, website, and social media channels.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
